All FAQs
Yes, casino operators can request content from any game supplier even if the supplier is not yet integrated into our aggregation platform. Just like with an online casino, the operator can negotiate directly with the game provider or submit a request through us. Once an agreement is reached, the contract is concluded via ReelLink, and we will handle the technical integration and onboarding of the requested games.
If the game provider is already integrated and the machines are installed and configured, we can make the games available to the operator immediately upon contract signature. The only requirement is the time needed to assign the selected games to the respective machines, a process that is handled quickly. If the provider is not yet integrated, the standard integration timeline will apply before the games can be made available.
Casinos can use exactly the same payout processes as they do for all other machines on their floor. Payouts are handled in the same way as with machines from any other supplier. If a handpay is required, it can be performed at the machine using a standard service key and proper acknowledgment, just as with other machines. This ensures that casino staff can follow their established procedures and routines without any additional training or changes.
